Our lamb is pasture raised and grass fed here on our farms. We practice rotational grazing between our two locations. Our sheep are bred, born and raised on our farms from start to finish. We selected two old school UK breeds, Shetland and Cheviot, based on their hardiness, ease of lambing and strong foraging capability.
Our lamb for sale are small cuts that are lean and rich with a high iron content from foraging on open pasture.
All meat for sale is processed in an USDA inspected processing facility.
